Psalm 100:1-5, "Thankful for the Lord"

What does the psalmist tell us about the Lord that we can be thankful for?

1. We can be thankful that the Lord is good (v. 5, Ps. 25:8, Ps. 34:8, Ps. 86:5, Ps. 145:9, Lamentations 3:25, Nahum 1:7).

2. We can be thankful that the Lord's mercy is everlasting (v. 5, John 3:16, Ps. 33:18, II Peter 3:9).

3. We can be thankful that the Lord's truth endures to all generation (v.5, Ps. 119:160, John 17:17, John 14:6, Heb. 13:5).
