What does this scripture teach us about Christian love?

1. True Christian love leads us to walk in the truth (v. 4)

2. True Christian love is expressed to the members of the fellowship (v. 5, John 13:34-35, I John 2:7-11, I John 4:7-11, Matt. 5:44, Matt. 7:12, Matt. 22:39).

3. True Christian love is a continuing practice of obedience to the Lord (v. 6, John 14:15, I John 2:3-6, Phil. 1:6).
